By using Messi Moments you agree to these terms. The service is an unofficial fan community and is not affiliated with Lionel Messi, his representatives, clubs, federations, or brands. We do not claim sponsorship, endorsement, or license.

The service

Messi Moments lets fans share, discover, and vote on memories (photo, text, and short video) without an account. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or ranking outcomes.

Eligibility & conduct

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and follow applicable law. You agree not to abuse the service (spam, unauthorized automation, rate-limit evasion, harassment, or illegal content). We may hide or remove content and limit or block visitors.

Your content

You retain rights in what you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the service (including link previews). You represent you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe others’ rights. The content policy is part of these terms.

Manage token

When you publish, you may receive a manage token shown once. It is the primary way to delete your moment without an account. If you lose it, you may permanently lose control. Support may help hide content with limited proof; we do not guarantee restoring manage control. Store the token safely; we do not email it.

Voting & rankings

One active vote per visitor per moment, with best-effort integrity. Clearing cookies, using another browser, or private mode can create a new visitor identity. We do not promise cryptographic one-person-one-vote. Rankings may be corrected for fraud or counter drift.

Moderation & reports

We may review, hide, or remove content for policy, law, or reports. Minor safety and sexual content are prioritized. Abuse and copyright contact: abuse@messimoments.example. Target hide SLA for clear abuse/copyright: 48 business hours once the mailbox is monitored.

Third-party IP

Names, images, and marks of Messi, clubs, and competitions belong to their owners. Fan use on this site does not imply a commercial license. Pirated material (e.g. full match broadcasts) is prohibited.

Disclaimer & limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to what you paid us for the service in the prior 12 months (for the MVP, typically zero).

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on the site. Continued use after reasonable notice constitutes acceptance unless law requires additional consent.
